Questions about payment
You can pay via PayPal, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express), Sofortüberweisung (Klarna), and purchase on account (Klarna). Unfortunately, payment in advance or cash on delivery is not available.
When purchasing on account via Klarna, you have 14 days to pay the invoice amount directly to Klarna. During checkout, you will need to provide your date of birth and phone number for verification. Klarna will then conduct a credit check and decide whether purchasing on account is possible.
If your purchase is not approved, please contact Klarna directly at +49 221 66950110 or choose a different payment method.
The invoice processing is not handled by Pferdegold but by our partner Klarna.
Once we have shipped your package, you will receive an email from Klarna with all invoice details. Please only use the payment information provided in Klarna’s invoice.

If you accidentally transferred the money to our company account (Pferdegold UG), please email us at info@pferde-gold.com. We will refund your payment so that you can then transfer the amount to Klarna.
The invoice is sent as soon as your package is on its way. You then have 14 days to pay the invoice to Klarna.

Alternatively, visit www.klarna.com, where you’ll find all information about your invoice. Log in using the email address you provided during your order. After authentication, you can access the "Payments" section on the left, where you’ll find your invoice. By clicking the "Download PDF" button, you can download your invoice, including the payment slip.
You have 14 days to pay your invoice. Want to pay later? Klarna offers various options, which you can find on Klarna.com.
If your return overlaps with the 14-day payment deadline, you might receive a reminder. As soon as we receive your return, we immediately notify Klarna, and the invoice, including any reminder fees, will be adjusted accordingly.
With the Sofortüberweisung payment option, you can choose between Sofortüberweisung (available only with online banking) and direct debit.
With Sofortüberweisung, you will be redirected to Klarna. There, you first select your bank and then enter your online banking login details (customer number and password). You will receive a TAN (transaction authentication number), which you enter in the designated field and confirm.
If the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation from us, and your package will be prepared for shipping right away.
If you want to pay via direct debit, select "Sofortüberweisung" and click the payment button. You will then be redirected to Klarna, where you can choose between "Sofortüberweisung" and "direct debit".
For the credit check, you will need to provide your date of birth and phone number. If everything is approved, you will enter your IBAN and complete your order.
You will receive an order confirmation from us and a direct debit mandate confirmation from Klarna (please also check your spam folder).
If the express checkout is automatically selected and you don’t want to pay with your credit card, simply close the express checkout window by clicking the "X". Then, under the "Payment" tab, you can select your preferred payment method.
Simply send us an email at info@pferde-gold.com and request an accounting invoice for PGIxxxxx. We will then send your invoice to you via email.

Questions about your order
You can place an order using either your mobile phone or computer. Please note that we can only process orders with a valid email address.
Here’s how it works:
- On the Pferdegold order page, select how many buckets you’d like to purchase, then click "Add to Cart".
- In the shopping cart, you can adjust the quantity if needed. Click "Checkout" to proceed.
- Under contact information, enter your email address and shipping address. Please make sure your address is correct and includes your house number. Then, click "Continue to Shipping".
- Review your details and click "Continue to Payment".
- Choose one of the available payment methods. You can also enter a different billing address if needed. Click "Pay Now". Depending on your selected payment method, you may be redirected to a secure payment page.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will be redirected to the checkout confirmation page, and you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Your package will then be packed and shipped to you as soon as possible.
If you want to cancel your order, please send us an email immediately after placing your order at info@pferde-gold.com with the subject CANCEL and your order number (PGIXXXXX).
We will do our best to cancel your order. However, since our packing team starts preparing shipments right after an order is placed to ensure fast delivery, cancellations may not always be possible.
You can use a discount code for one bucket per variety.
To apply your code:
- On a computer: Go to checkout. On the right side, you’ll find a field where you can enter and apply your discount code.
- On a mobile phone or tablet: When you reach the checkout, tap "Show order summary". This will open the field where you can enter your discount code.

If you received a confirmation email after placing your order, everything went through successfully.

Vouchers can only be applied to one bucket per variety.
If you order more than one bucket, the double-pack discount is automatically applied. In this case, an additional discount cannot be combined.
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Questions about your customer account
With a customer account, your shipping address is saved, making future orders faster and easier. You also have full access to your order history and can check the current shipping status of your orders at any time.
We’re happy that you want to create a customer account! Here’s how:
- Click on the small user icon next to the search icon in the top right corner of our online shop.
- On the login page, click "Register as a new customer".
- Enter your contact details and click "Create".
- After confirming that you’re not a robot, we’ll send you an activation email.
- Open the email and click "Activate Your Account"—this will take you directly to your Pferdegold customer account.
You will also receive a confirmation email from us. In your customer account, you can view all your orders and update your address anytime.
If you forgot your password or want to change it, follow these steps:
- Go to the login page of your Pferdegold customer account and click "Forgot password" at the bottom right.
- Enter your email address and click "Submit".
- Confirm that you’re not a robot. 🙂
- If successful, you will receive an email from us. Click on the "Reset your password" button in the email.
- You will be redirected to our website, where you can set a new password and replace the old one.

You can find the exact composition at the bottom of the product page in the data sheet for each specific product.
Is your horse particularly picky? Start by offering just a few crumbs to get your horse used to the feed. Then, gradually increase the portion. If needed, take a one- to two-day break and try again.
Often, the smell may be off-putting at first. Adding malt beer, apple, banana, or aromatic herbs can help make the feed more appealing.
If nothing works, no worries! You can return the feed within 30 days of receiving it.
Returns & Refunds
Want to return a bucket? No problem! Just make sure to return it within 30 days, as we can’t issue a refund after this period.
Please send us an email at info@pferde-gold.com, stating that you’d like to return the bucket(s), and include your order number (PGIxxxxx). We’ll then provide you with all the necessary return instructions.
Please note that we do not provide a return label, so you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
You can return the feed within 30 days of purchase. Please send the buckets to the following address:

Important: Please ensure that the 30-day return period has not expired, as we won’t be able to process a refund after this timeframe.
